Thornaes distillery's home in Sweden
The core of Thornæs Distillery is Danish Single Malt whisky based on organic barley and the very special water that characterizes the groundwater around Grib Forest in North Zealand. In addition to whisky production, we also produce other spirits such as gin and schnapps, both of which are shaped by the experimental and quality-seeking workflow that is essential to small batch distillation.

Glenwyvis The Drover
Nestled beneath the majestic Ben Wyvis in the Scottish Highlands, GlenWyvis Distillery is more than just a whisky maker, it’s a community-driven revival of Dingwall’s lost distilling heritage. Established in 2015, GlenWyvis became the first 100% community-owned distillery, uniting over 3,000 investors in a shared vision.

Nyborg distillery's home in Sweden
For 125 years, the buildings that now house Nyborg Distillery were workshops for Danish State Railways freight trains. Here, in the heart of the Kingdom of Denmark, brave men kept Denmark going.
When the Great Belt Bridge opened, the workshop closed its entire 4,000 m2 facility and for more than 13 years everything was quiet and slowly decayed.
Until 2017, the workshops were a kind of lifeless colossus that separated the Knudshoved neighborhood from the rest of Nyborg. In 2011, Nicolai and Niels Rømer decided to change all that, and today the area is one of the most sought-after in Nyborg.
Moe distillery's home in Sweden
In a land far to the north, amidst swamps and marshes, in the grey middle of nowhere lies a settlement called Moe. In this place, almost the only employer is our fine spirits distillery, which is the second oldest vodka distillery in the world. In this godforsaken place, we know how to appreciate good spirits, how to make them and bottle them, because what else is there to do here in this bleak place? This is the only place in the world where a geographically designated Estonian vodka is born.
